Heal Your Community Through Functional Medicine Farming

Ashley Grosch

Now more than ever, farmers need to help their community take back their health. In this workshop, Ashley will guide you through the business model of functional medicine farming so that you can guide your community to healing opportunities. Human biology and plant/farm animal biology are very similar in the sense that all require a very narrow physiological condition in which to operate (called homeostasis). Many farmers miss the link between plant/animal health and human health. Learning the connection can help your community live healthier lives! Join Ashley in a Q&A style discussion. Topics included:

  1. What are the most nutrient dense varieties of fruits and vegetables?
  2. How do I revamp timeless recipes for canning and jamming so they do not contain processed sugar?
  3. How can I effectively teach my consumers about the regenerative lifestyle without making it sound overwhelming?
  4. How do I guide my own family back to health?
