Wild Food & Medicine Plant Walk

MARK ANGELINI

Learn about a myriad of late summer/fall wild food and medicine. We’ll take a brief walk around Camp Sedalia getting to know a handful of plant species whilst discussing how to identify them, which parts to harvest and when, how to prepare them, and a handful of other relevant topics. This will be an information-dense hands-on workshop fit for beginners and up. At the end of our walk, we’ll sample a selection of preparations made using the plants discussed along the walk.
