Herbal Allies for Stress + Anxiety

Kristen prosen

In this workshop, you will learn to use 5 herbs that can be used for managing stress and anxiety states. These are nervine herbs that have an affinity for soothing the nervous system when the stress of life starts to show up in the mind and the body. We will talk about how the herbs work so that you can make the best choices about working with them in a variety of scenarios. You will get to try some recommended remedies and get a recipe handout to refer to later! Bring a cup for tasting!
