Bio
Through 8 years of teaching yoga and 6 years teaching high school chemistry and environmental science, Erich has learned yoga fosters good health in many ways. His current style includes vigorous movement, mindful pauses, and steady attention to breath. Further, playing the harmonium and mantra meditation continue to be guiding lights for Erich’s personal and professional lives.
