Sacred Sound Bath (for the two 30 minute public sound baths)
Come spend time in a restful meditation with local sound practitioner Kristin Jewell while the therapeutic vibrations of a sound bath clear, reset, and ground your energy. You will bathe in the peaceful sound waves of crystal singing bowls, the transforming gifts of the gong, and the energy-clearing properties of various other instruments during this practice.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on or a chair to sit in to make yourself comfortable.
