Exploring Nature’s Plant Mysteries With Printmaking

Description:

Using a wide range of materials to create a minimum of 2 print plates, we will explore the mystery, beauty and medicine of three powerful plant allies. We will paint and draw three print papers and then produce three prints. All supplies are provided! Children of all ages and Adults may participate. Have Fun!!

Bio:

Masters in Art Education and Masters in Fine Arts/Interdisciplinary Arts. Art instructor for 26 years in Hanover County Schools, Taught all grade levels, retiring from High School. Taught Crafts I & II, Art I, II , & III and International Baccalaureate Art, Levels I & II. Studied Art Making at Pratt Institute, New York, in Paris, France, Evergreen State College, and Graduate Painting at VCU, and completed MFAIA work at Goddard in Plainfield Vermont. Works have been exhibited locally in Richmond, in Vermont, Pennsylvania and in North Carolina.
