The Blessed Breath

Nuit Marie Moore

Between environmental threats such as climate crisis consequences and the Covid pandemic, to personal and societal stresses and traumas, the respiratory system faces a daily battle. This workshop explores herbal allies for the lungs, as well as cultivating conscious breath and breath work that enables deep and nourishing respiration- in turn reducing stress and anxiety, and encouraging optimal breath benefits and blessings, which are many. Take a breather, truly, with this class.
