Mark Davis

Explore the critical distinction between food access and sovereignty and how they shape food quality. Mark shares research into biophotons and work with the Bionutrient Food Association, demonstrating how plants capture light energy, how this correlates with nutrient density, and how soil health is foundational. Challenging conventional paradigms, he examines historical feeding strategies and current programs like SNAP. Gain insights into "food as medicine " and actionable approaches to nourishing ourselves by understanding food as captured sunlight, deepening the connection between soil, food quality, and human wellbeing.
