Introduction to Herbal Cold Care

In this workshop, you will learn to use 5 herbs that can be used for recovering from colds + flus. Learn remedies for colds, fever, coughs and more, with a focus on how the herbs work that will enable you to use them in varied situations. You will get to try some recommended remedies and get a recipe handout to refer to later! Bring a cup for tasting!

Bio

Kristen is an herbalist, wellness educator, and therapeutic bodyworker. She is the host of the Herbs and Ease Podcast and helps people navigate the process of making wellness interventions with nuanced educational content. She loves gardening, pottery, and music. A Florida native, she now lives and works in Lynchburg, VA with her dog Appa and kitten Margeaux Meow.
