Harp Sound Bath

Kim Williams

Take some time out of your energy-filled festival experience to slow down and center yourself as the music of the harp floats over you. Kimberly Williams will specially curate a woven soundscape for festival goers in search of restorative repose. The harp is an ethereal instrument that can have a healing effect on the body and the senses. You may wish to use this space for meditation or even to take a short magical nap, as one of a harper’s traditional roles is to lull people to sleep. Bring a blanket/yoga mat to relax on and soak up the restorative energy of the earth, with the harp as your guide.
