Chef Caleb & Sam Pepera
This year we welcome back chef Caleb Pepera. Hailing from Michigan, Caleb has been working in kitchens for over 15 years from Japanese to Smokehouses. After 10 years of the kitchen grind, Caleb realized cooking is about more than filling the belly, it’s about feeding the soul. He is passionate about highlighting local food and flavors, showcasing not only the ingredients but the place they come from.
As our in-house chef and food vendor, his focus is on highlighting Restoration Acres Farm pork and chicken, Mountain Run Permaculture veggies, flour from Deep Roots Milling, grassfed milk from Shenandoah Family Farms and the bounty from neighboring farms. His menu offers delicious, filling, nutrient-dense local fare that is sure to please.
