Looking for snacks, treats, and other wholesome goodies throughout the weekend? The Well of Bedford will be set up all weekend offering all kinds of health-minded snacks and products from grass-fed ice cream to kombucha, grass fed meat sticks, chips and more.

Chef Caleb & Sam Pepera
This year we welcome back chef Caleb Pepera. Hailing from Michigan, Caleb has been working in kitchens for over 15 years from Japanese to Smokehouses. After 10 years of the kitchen grind, Caleb realized cooking is about more than filling the belly, it’s about feeding the soul. He is passionate about highlighting local food and flavors, showcasing not only the ingredients but the place they come from.
As our in-house chef and food vendor, his focus is on highlighting Restoration Acres Farm pork and chicken, Mountain Run Permaculture veggies, flour and cornmeal from Deep Roots Milling, and the bounty from neighboring farms. His menu offers delicious, filling, nutrient-dense local fare that is sure to please.

Paper Dragon Foods is a food truck that we started out of the LOVE for food. Joe is our Chef and has over 35 years of experience in the kitchen. From the Plaza to Jekyll Island he has learned some tricks and truly puts his heart in all he does. I am Shana and have been in and love the restaurant world. I believe once you have that beating in your heart for it, it never really leaves. I book our events, look for exciting festivals that we would want to attend and pick up the here and theres that need to be done. Phelix is our 5 year old son. You most likely will meet him before you meet us. He’s a feral and social creature, loving, kind and the best thing we have made together. Our Virginia family is amazing and without them NONE of this would be possible!
