Keeping a Family Milk Cow in the 21st Century

Ben and Carly Coleman

After 3 years of walking the legal line to obtain raw milk for our family, in 2007 we traded in the lawn mower for our first Jersey cow, Primrose.  The old way of being married to the milk cows doesn't work anymore.  We will share many tips of the trade for fitting the family milk cow into your 21st century life.  This will be a hands on, cow-side workshop in our milking parlor.  Come discover the magic of the milk cow with us as we practice "Let thy food be thy medicine."
