Through 8 years of teaching yoga and 6 years teaching high school chemistry and environmental science, Erich has learned yoga fosters good health in many ways. His current style includes vigorous movement, mindful pauses, and steady attention to breath. Further, playing the harmonium and mantra meditation continue to be guiding lights for Erich’s personal and professional lives.
Children’s Story Hour is an invitation for young and old alike to sit down and enjoy the magic and rest of storytelling. This year we will be reading Backyard Fairies and Sonya’s Chickens by Pheobe Wahl. I hope you like it as much as I do!

Even the tiniest streams can be home to little critters called aquatic macroinvertebrates. “Aquatic” means they live in water. “Macro” means you can see them without a magnifying glass. And “invertebrate” means they don’t have a backbone.
