All Levels Yoga

Erich Sneller

In this practice, we will slow down, ground, and grow. The word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit root "yuj," which means "to unite" or "to join." Yoga, an approach to living which is thousands of years old, aims to unify the mind, body, and spirit through various practices including physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, and ethical principles. Yoga is often practiced for its numerous benefits, which can include increased flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as stress reduction, improved mental clarity, and enhanced overall well-being. It is not only a form of exercise but also a philosophy that encompasses principles of self-discipline, mindfulness, and compassion.
